PA
Is a PA provided? Pauline has a small PAT tested portable PA (Roland Cube Street EX, 50W) that is suitable for small settings. She can provide a bigger PA for an additional fee (MAUI 11 G2 1000W) for a larger audience & room.

Can I view Pauline perform before booking? You can view Pauline’s performance as public events listed. Alternatively check video footages to give you a little taste of what she sounds like and how she performs. Alternatively she can provide references from previous homes and clients so you can be confident the residents and staff will enjoy themselves.

Song requests
Do you accept song requests? Pauline will gladly learn one song if it is not already in her repertoire. Just make sure you let her know with plenty of notice. She can take a couple of song requests on the day prior to starting the performance, given that there is time to include it in her setlist.

Technical Requirements
1 or 2 sockets.
Because Pauline is interactive and moves around while performing she only need space for her PA.
1 parking space OR that costs of parking space would be covered.

Cancellations
Notice of a performance cancellation must be given at least 48 hours prior to the performance date. Verbal bookings will be followed up in writing. Non-reply of this confirmation does not constitute a cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will still require the invoice amount to be paid in full. Exceptional circumstances, such as force majeur, death or sickness in the venue, may waver the invoice charge, but this is at the Artiste’s discretion. If circumstances require a cancellation, then the option of a rebooking is available, within 30 days of the original booking date. The booker may also be liable to pay the Artiste’s travel expenses, if the cancellation occurs once the Artiste has already arrived at the venue. These cancellation terms also include the events of a ‘double booking’ and booking errors made by the booker (wrong date, time, etc).

Replacement entertainer
What if Pauline cannot attend the booking? If Pauline needs to cancel, she endeavours to provide as much notice as possible, reschedule where appropriate, and find a replacement artiste where necessary. Any payment made in advance will be fully reimbursed. Pauline has contacts with other local skilled entertainers with a similar energy who she can put forward to replace her should she not be able to attend.

Payment
Payment cash on the day of the performance or via bank transfer, up to 1 month after the performance. A 10% deposit will secure your booking.
